There is nothing like waiting for Pete Fountain’s walking parade to begin so the Bourbon Street fun can begin. Pete Fountain’s Waling parade is the only official parade that I know of to parade down Bourbon Street. The parade is also escorted by the New Orleans Police and the Louisiana State Police, rare!
