I began the blog to track how much work I do to let young ladies earn their beads and favors by flashing on Bourbon Street. I look all year long for favors and odds and ends to let young ladies on Bourbon Street, during Mardi Gras earn their items. (I give nothing away, they must earn them.)

Beads are the currency of Bourbon
Street, the more beads you have the more status you have on Bourbon Street.
Everyone wants beads on Bourbon Street and everyone has a plan on how to
acquire beads. Granny got more smiles that beads.
